How to Do the Program

There are several ways to use the multiTRIM® nutrient
concentrate to lose weight:

1. THREE-DAY FAST: A three-day fast, drinking
the liquid continually throughout the day, usually
produces a weight loss of about 5 pounds.

2. 500 CALORIE DAY: A less strenuous method
than the fast, this program allows for 500 calories per
day while taking three servings of the liquid.

3. REPLACE TWO MEALS: Using the nutrient
concentrate to replace two meals (sometimes
augmented with a protein powder) was tested in our
first clinical study and produced an average weight
loss of 7.5 pounds in a week.

4. REPLACE ONE MEAL AND CONTROL FOOD
INTAKE:
Using the nutrient concentrate to replace
one meal—usually breakfast—and control the food
intake for lunch and dinner produces a gradual and
steady loss of weight. You should avoid foods that
are calorie dense.

5. REPLACE ONE MEAL ONLY: This program,
which is very easy to follow and which was tested in
our clinical study 3, produces about a 4% weight loss
in four weeks.

COMBINATION: For both quick and long term
results, you can combine two or more of these plans.
For example, you can start with plan 1 for three days,
then finish the week with plan 2 and stay for a month
or longer on plan 4. To maintain your weight, you can
then stay on plan 5 for as long as you want.
